It's a busy area and one of the route reach or leave Dhaka city and connected southern Bangladesh with capital city of Bangladesh. Small hands ride boat is another attractive water vehicle to short river trip. mainly Saturday i'm starting my regular river trips from Dhaka sadarghat to Riverine city Chandpur, it's 4 hours on going tour and total 8 hrs up-down trips from Sadarghat to Chandpur. This route one the shortest river route near Dhaka city. Passanger ship, called as Lonc in Bangladesh; 24 hrs available at Sadarghat for this destination but rocket steamer is not available as lonc. Per single kabin/Room fare is 500-600 Taka and Double Kabin/Room is 700-1000 Taka per single ongoing tours. You no need to books the ticket before your trip, ticket available on Lonc. However, day to day Dhaka city become a largest and growing city in South Asian Sub-continent. Dhaka city is the fast growing city in Asia continent. Malaria Problem: Except some hill cities as like Khagrachari, Rangamati and Bandarbans districts, whole Bangladesh is Malaria free. So, if you don't go inside hill tracks, no need to take vaccines.

Security : Basically Bangladesh is a safe area than some neighboring countries as like India, Myanmar, Nepal etc, specially for the foreign tourist. Because here foreign tourist treated as Gov. Guest and police is also very serious about them. So, usually pick pockets also avoid foreigners tourist. Just follow the general security rule and avoid dark places, lonely streets, tour operator, fake offer from travel company, you will be fine here.

Historical Panam City Was Built By The Some Bangladeshi Businessmen, Mainly Some of The Hindu Cloth Merchants, in the 19th century. It Was Built In The Once Capital of Bangladesh – Sonargaon. This city is Now in Ruins. In the First of 19th century, Panam city was Built in Sonargaon Village. That time, Business of cotton and other cloths were developed based on the Panam city. That time, Sonargaon Got it Heritage back a little. In the first part of the 20th century, Some Rich Hindu Businessmen Started to Live Permanently in the Panam city With Family. The Still Remaining Ruins of the Buildings were the Residence of those Businessmen. In those Days, no City at the East Bengal was  near as Wealthy as Panam City. All the Buildings in the Panam city was Built facing a single Road, which is 5 miter long and 600 miter wide. In the city still Remains 52 Old Buildings. The whole city is surrounded with artificial canals. These canals was dug to protect the city from any outside attack. There was only one Pool or Bridge to enter the city in the west Road side. Back of every building is a pond. These ponds was used for household works. After the 1965 war of India-Pakistan, All Hindu Businessmen Started to Leave, and the City was Deserted. World Monument Fund Listed This Panam city in the World 100 Ruined city in 2006.
